        “구” 홈페이지에서는 이전 기록만 확인 가능하며, 신청서 작성은 불가합니다.

• “구“ 홈페이지에 등록 된 고객번호가 아닌 새로운 홈페이지에서 발급 되는 “ OKD-숫자 “ 를 기입해주세요.

(Please enter the "OKD-Number" issued on the new website, not the customer number from the "old" website. ) 

(만약 이전 고객번호를 기입하셨더라도 신청서 작성시 정확한 송장번호를 기입 해주신다면 진행하는데에는 문제 없습니다.)
